Spinning up ArgoCD InstanceDevelop and test external cluster deployment scenarios with ease in ArgoCD using Opsera's Toolchain. The newly spun up ArgoCD instances will be added as platform applications in Tool Registry.
Spin Up ArgoCD Instance
To spin up an ArgoCD Instance:
Login to Opsera
...
Select “Argocd” → Click “Confirm” → Click “Deploy Tool Selection”
...
Click “Registry” hyperlink populated → Platforms tab
...
Once status is updated to “ACTIVE”, a new instance of ArgoCD is successfully created and added to Registry
...
and navigate to Products > Toolchain.
Enter the application name and click Create.
Select Argocd. In the Argocd confirmation popup, click Confirm.
Click Deploy Tool Selection. The tool selection details will be saved.
Click Registry. In the Tool Registry listing that appears, click the Platform tab.
Choose your instance name from the Application dropdown.
Your instance creation will be in progress. Once the Status displays Active, your instance is ready for your use.
