This documentation elaborates on the Jira Mean Time to Resolution KPI features, data blocks, charts and , filters, and also the formula based on the filters applied. The This KPI always depicts the 15 most recent 15 results regardless of from the selected Date Range selected , customized in KPI Settings. Beneath the chart, view the Aging of Unresolved Tickets by daysYou may also customize the results displayed to only include specific Jira Priorites and Jira Projects in the KPI Settings.

Jira Mean Time To Resolution KPI

    • Total Incidents - Total number of incidents that were created for the selected time range.

    • Resolved Incidents - Total number of incidents that were resolved for the given time range.

    • Average MTTR (Hours) - The overall average time taken to resolve incidents , irrespective of severity/prioritywithout consideration to Severity/Priority.

    • Min MTTR (Hours) - The minimum time taken to resolve an incident within a given time range.

    • Max MTTR (Hours) - The maximum time taken to resolve an incident within a given time range.

    • Aging of Unresolved Tickets - Provides number of tickets that have yet to be resolved by specific day ranges (Last Five Days, 5-15 Days, 15-30 Days, > 30 Days).
