Description: Native Apigee Support using Opsera pipelines

Tool Registry Configuration

1. Create new Apigee tool and navigate to the Connections tab.

2. Provide the following credentials:

   Open

   

   
   
   Version - Select Edge from drop-down.
   Zone -
   Username -
   Password -

3. Save the credentials then click Test Connection button to validate connection.

Pipeline Step Configuration

When creating a new pipeline make sure the pipeline type is set to ‘Apigee’

Open

Transfer

1. Provide the following credentials for an org to org transfer:
   
   Tool - Select the configured Apigee tool.
   Type - Select Transfer from the drop-down.
   Export Org - Select another configured Apigee tool where you wish to export change.

Deploy

1. Provide the following credentials to deploy to a branch:
   
   Tool - Select the configured Apigee tool.
   Type - Select Deploy from drop-down.
   Target Environment -
   Delay Time (in secs) -

Apigee Pipeline Run Assistant

1. Configuration Selection: Provide the following selections in the Apigee Pipeline Run Assistant:
   
   Selected Configuration -
   Name -
   Assett Types -
   KVM Environments -
   Name pattern match regex - (* - any character, -single character)

2. Migration Object Selection: Select migration object

Once a migration object is selected, provide the version (for all but key value map), Save, then Proceed with Migration Objects.

Pipeline Activity Logs

APIGEE KPIS

There are currently 2 APIGEE KPIs. Add either of the KPIs to your custom dashboard by searching ‘apigee’ in the Marketplace. The KPIs will be shown in the search results. Click Details, select the dashboard you wish to add the KPI to, then click +Add to Dashboard.

APIGEE Report KPI

This KPI includes a table list with the number of assets deployed to each Organization and Environment. To the left of the table is a list of Apigee pipelines. When a pipeline is selected from this list, respective asset details are displayed in table to the right, including the fields below. To view a detailed report of the deployed asset, click on its respective row.

Upon row selection, a detailed report for the respective assets will be displayed containing the fields below.

APIGEE Summary KPI

This KPI provides a summary of apigee pipeline executions. It includes 4 data blocks which provide a summary on the success rate %, frequency, average duration and total executions of apigee pipelines. Each data block shows a trend icon and the previous result.

• Success Rate - Includes calculations for transfer and deploy

• Total Executions - Provides step wise total number of executions that has happened for a given time period

• Frequency - Number of times the step has been executed on an average every month.

• Average Duration - Average time taken to execute the step.
