Data Points Settings Overview
Datapoints refers to the factual information produced from a measurement or investigation and can be represented as a numerical data point, a statistical display or a graph.
In Opsera, we allow users receive notifications when a set limit/condition is met for a data point. You can configure this under Data Point Settings at the time of configuring the notifications. The Enable notifications toggle must be turned on.
For example, the notification for the KPI can be set to be triggered when the Success Criteria for the KPI is Greater than 30.

Configure Notifications for KPI
1.Login to Opsera and navigate to Insights.
2.Open your dashboard.
3.Click the gear icon on the KPI for which you want to set up notifications.
4.Click the Dashboard Notifications tab.
Write a captionChoose the app through which you want to receive the notifications, from the left menu. The supported apps are Email, Microsoft Teams, Slack and Google Chat.
Enable the respective toggle (Example: Email Notifications) and set up the required details.
Click Data Points Settings and set a condition based on which you want to receive the notification. Turn on the Enable Notification toggle for the data point.
Click Save.
